Please carefully read the following terms and conditions, as they contain legal obligations and form the basis on which bookings and other claims are accepted by Sapa Hmong Family.
Unless otherwise stated, all purchases made through Sapa Hmong Family, relevant to any booking arrangement, are subject to these terms & conditions; it is considered that the person making the booking has accepted these conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking.
No variation to these terms & conditions, by any of our employees or agents, shall be of any effect unless sanctioned in writing by the relevant authority of Sapa Hmong Family.
Sapa Hmong Family has focused on e-mail booking, at the site www.hmong-family.com You can make a booking request on this website. A booking request is not a final booking and does not require any pre-payment or financial commitment.
The booking is confirmed only if the client accepts the email offer issued by Sapa Hmong Family and Sapa Hmong Family has reconfirmed the booking by issuing an electronic itinerary sent by email.
We reserve the right to alter our prices published on the website hmong-family.com upon booking request. Prices are confirmed by accepting the booking request by Sapa Hmong Family confirming the booking by email.
We reserve the right to alter our prices, with at a one-month prior notice to the client, if these rates change substantially, and may also apply surcharges in the event of significant changes in government regulations and taxes.
In the event that a client doesn’t agree on the payment of surcharges and decides to cancel the booking, he or she shall be refunded the entire advance payment.
Note : – What the cost includes or excludes is specifically stated on each itinerary issued by Mountain Tiger Nepal.
Prices mentioned on our site are for standard trips. Budget versions as well as luxury version of the trip are also available.
Liabilities and Responsibilities
Our Company Will Accept Liability for the negligence of our own employees causing direct physical injury to passengers, in the obligatory manner that the law addresses.
Our Company Will Not Accept Liability for changes and alternations in the itinerary suggested by the client or due to unavoidable circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow, general strikes and political unrest, cancellation of flight/train/bus, flight/train/bus delay, quarantine restrictions, sickness or accidents. Any extra cost incurred thereof shall be borne by the clients on the spot. All clients are advised to take out their own insurance to adequately cover against medical and personal accident risk.
Our Company Will Not Accept Liability for any loss or damages caused by the total or partial failure to carry out the contract, attributable to the client or a third party unconnected to the Company; or a result of unusual and unforeseen circumstances which is beyond the control of the Company.
Our Company reserves the right to refuse to continue to carry any client causing inconvenience or annoyance to other travelers/trekkers, or creating difficulties that would hamper the smooth running of a trip.
Your booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the hazards involved in this kind of tour, as most of our tour/trekking/expeditions involves going to rural areas where there are limited facilities. Our Company, or any of its employees or agents, will not be liable for delay, loss or damage to personal property, personal injury, illness or death.
It is a condition while booking treks and tours with Sapa Hmong Family that travelers/trekkers must have insurance that covers cancellation, accidents, health and medical, emergency evacuation (helicopter), theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects.
All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Vietnam unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. It is important, however, that any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for trek/tour does not exclude alpinism or mountaineering.
No refund will be made if client/s has/have shortened or cancelled the tour in between due to personal reasons.
When you do booking with us it is implied and accepted that you have read and understood all these booking conditions and agree to abide by them.
